    Thomas “Tom” Van Berkel is chairman, president and chief executive officer at The Main Street America Group, a mutual insurance holding company system with eight property/casualty insurance carriers, which offers its commercial lines, personal lines and surety products exclusively through independent insurance agents. Tom joined The Main Street America Group in 1990 as vice president, marketing, and in 1993, was promoted to senior vice president, insurance operations. In 2001, he was elected president and chief operating officer and appointed chief executive officer in 2002.

    Terry Baxter retired from White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. in 2003, where he served as president for many years. For both President Ronald Reagan (1985) and President George H.W. Bush (1989), Terry served as vice chairman and general manager of the Inaugural Gala. Between administrations, he served as senior vice president of the National Bank of Washington until President George H.W. Bush appointed him managing director of the National Transportation Safety Board in 1990.

Prior to leading Hudson, she served as an executive vice president of regulation and pricing for National Grid USA, an international electric and gas company in Waltham, Mass. Prior to joining National Grid, Lisa served as senior vice president for regulatory and external affairs for PECO Energy Company, an Exelon Corporation company.

    John Delaney was appointed as the fifth president of the University of North Florida (UNF) in 2003. During his tenure at UNF, John has led unprecedented growth at the public university in Jacksonville, Fla., which currently has an enrollment of more than 16,000 students. His presidency continues a distinguished career in public service. During his two terms as mayor of Jacksonville (1995-2003), John convinced local voters to approve The Better Jacksonville Plan, a $2.2 billion improvement initiative that provided the city with new public facilities and other amenities.

    Chris Doerr retired from Jacksonville, Fla.-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) in 2013, where he served as executive vice president, chief administrative officer, chief financial officer and a member of the office of the chief operating officer. At BCBSF, Chris had overall responsibility for the company’s finance, accounting, actuarial, underwriting, corporate development, corporate tax, treasury functions, as well as its investment portfolios.

Prior to his tenure at Evergreen, Chip spent 17 years at Keystone Custodian Funds Inc., Boston, where he held numerous management roles, including chief investment officer, president and chief executive officer.

David was a distinguished professor of international business at Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, Conn., from 2000-2003 as well as 2008-2015.

Previously, Bill was chairman of the board of Rogers, Gunter, Vaughn Insurance Inc. (RGVI), an independent agency based in Tallahassee, Fla.

    Idalene “Idie” Kesner was appointed dean of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, Ind., in July 2013. She has served as the Frank P. Popoff chair of strategic management since 1995. Previously, Idie was the associate dean of faculty and research at the Kelley School. From 2006-2009, she served as chairperson for the Kelley School's department of management and entrepreneurship. From 2003-2006, Idie served as chairperson of the school's MBA program.
